How to make this smoothie & what are its benefits ?

Im using this smoothie post fast , as im feeling dehydrated and low blood pressure is playing games with me . So I found the perfect combination for quick and easy fix to cope with fasting . As when the body is in fasting mode it tends to become dehydrated and dizziness is a form of language that your body is asking for sugar . In an osserdosing case , we tend to to obtain our sugars naturally from natures gift , fruits . Fruits are naturally filled with water and clean sugars , why not create with them ?

" Recipe "

1- Chop your fruits ( I choose avocados , mangoes & dates).

avocados are natural healthy fats that your body requires , mangoes are delicious fruits but one of the highest in sugar & dates are the best as they contain 12 types of micronutrients & macronutrients) 

2- Acia bowl frozen , heat it until in liquid form 

3- Plant based milk ( oats , almond or coconut) to keep light and avoid diary . Our focus is on the fruit flavour not the milk!

4- only honey is the osserdosing way to additional sweetness , goodbye sugar and toxic sweetners.

5-Add sprinkle of oats for whole grains , don't forget your body's ultimate performance food , but these are the safe carbs instead .
