How did I prepare my dish ?

  • Grilled Salmon as a main course with lemon zest & olive oil 
  • Salad consists of : ( Corn , Lettuce , Olives , Sumac peppers , 1 avocado & 1 Cucumber ) 
  • Instead of carbs for my side dish , I replaced it with baked potatoes.
