How did I prepare my dish ?
- Grilled Salmon as a main course with lemon zest & olive oil
- Salad consists of : ( Corn , Lettuce , Olives , Sumac peppers , 1 avocado & 1 Cucumber )
- Instead of carbs for my side dish , I replaced it with baked potatoes.
