Steps to making my quinoa based salad

The positivity of quinoa as a replacement of carb based dishes.

A source of protein , fibre & minerals all at once .
Goodbye to Gluten! More protien instead of carbs . 

How to prepare it :

1 -  Quinoa base 

2 -  Source of protein ( I choose eggs for my salad )

3 -  Avocados ( good fats ) , Lettuce , Beetroots ,  

4 -  Parmesan & Mozzeralla as a cheese choice & can be avoided if choosen to 

5 -  Corn 

ps : ditch the delusional dressings and just stick to simple lemon , olive oil and some spices
